Financial Engines helps people save and invest, so that they can enjoy the retirement that they’ve always dreamed about. Their team of retirement experts has a passion for delivering personalized, independent retirement help for everyone, regardless of their wealth.
Financial Engines Investment Advisor Representatives have an average of 10 years of experience in financial services and retirement planning, with one or more industry-recognized licenses or certifications such as the Series 65, CFP (Certified Financial Planner), and CRPC (Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor) designations. The advice they deliver is based on consistent methodology and outputs from Financial Engines. They are not commission-based, which enables their service to be unbiased and objective.
Financial Engines maintains a strict privacy policy that applies to all plan and participant information received from Aon Hewitt and to the information participants enter into their systems. The privacy policy is included in the legal information you receive in the mail, and it is also viewable on YBR. Your security is protected through state-of-the-art bank-level data encryption.
Financial Engines doesn’t replace YBR, or Aon Hewitt, the AAAP’s recordkeeper. Instead, Financial Engines provides additional services that enhance the AAAP. They work closely with Aon Hewitt to provide helpful information and services to you. For example, you’ll see that YBR now features “Advice Notes” links when you log in to view and manage your AAAP account. Yes, when you click the Financial Engines link you will be taken to a new page that’s separate from the YBR site. You will not need to sign in separately.
