Service to be introduced to 180 plan sponsors
KANSAS CITY, Mo. and PALO ALTO, Calif., October 10, 2001 – J. P. Morgan/ American Century Retirement Plan Services and Financial Engines announced today that the Financial Engines service will be offered to J. P. Morgan/ American Century's 180 plan sponsor clients and 500,000 participants, who use the firm's record keeping services.

One of the strengths of the Financial Engines' advice platform is its ability to be customized to the specific offerings of each plan. This is important to J. P. Morgan/ American Century as many of its plan sponsor clients have private funds, such as commingled trust funds or private company stock, in their defined contribution offering.
